Meanwhile the toilet in our room ran nonstop for the entire 3 days, so please don’t virtue-signal to me about caring for the environment. If I’m paying $200 a night, give me dry towels. I’m so tired of hotels saying they have eliminated housekeeping to be environmentally friendly, when it’s really because they’re just trying to cut corners & give you less for your money. The room was clean but the vanity lights didn’t work, the mattress was sunken & lumpy, the shower had no water pressure, & you couldn’t adjust the thermostat to make the room cooler & it was so hot we couldn’t sleep. We stayed for 2 nights because it was our college son’s family weekend nearby & we figured it would be a little different.
